  1. Can I place orders without registration?
    No. Only registered members can place orders in P Shop. Please register here.
     
  2. What is the arrangement if my order is out of stock? Would P-shop be re-stocking or providing backorders?
    When your order is out of stock, please click the item and you will be directed to “Contact Us” page. You can send your enquiries to us and our customer service team will assist you as soon as possible.

  3. Can I save more than one address so that items can be sent to different places?
    Yes, you can save up to maximum 10 addresses.
    Step 1: Click “Hi, XXX” to reach your profile page.
    Step 2: Click “Delivery Address” to add or edit addresses.

 

  1. Is it possible to ship one item to one address and another item to another within one single order?
    No. We only ship to one designated address for each order. Please place another order if you wish to ship particular items to another address.

 

  1. Where can I find related accessories?
    If you would like to order accessories for your product, please go to “Advanced Search” and input related information to search for corresponding accessories. 
     
  2. Where can I find the model number?
    You can find the model number on the body of your appliance. Most of the model numbers are formed by 1 – 2 alphabets with 2 – 4 numerical digits. (E.g. HD7450, S9911, AC4121, RQ10)
Payment
  1.  What forms of payment do you accept?
    We only accept payment through PayPal. You can use your credit card via PayPal to make payment.
     
  2. What is Paypal? How do I sign up for Paypal?
    PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling users to send and receive money online. For more information, please visit About Paypal. You can sign up for a PayPal account here.
Delivery and collection
  1. Do you offer free shipping?
    We offer free shipping for any single purchase order with total sum at or over HK$1,000. If your single purchase is under HK$1,000, a shipping fee of HK$80 will be applied.  We will also offer shipment discount on irregular basis.
     
  2. What is the lead time of my order?
    The lead time of your order is around 7 days but it depends on the stock situation. 
     
  3. Do you ship internationally?
    No. We only ship items within Hong Kong Special Administration Region.
     
  4. Where can I collect my order?
    You can collect your order from one of our pickup locations as below: 

    Mong Kok:     Room 1631, 16/F., Office Tower One, Grand Plaza, 625-639 Nathan Road

                        Mon – Fri (10am-7pm), Sat (10am – 5pm), Sun& Public Holiday Closed

    Kwai Fong:    Flat A2, 3/F., Yee Lim Industrial Building, Phase 1, 32 – 40 Kwai Ting Road

                        Mon – Fri (9am-6pm), Sat (9am – 5pm), Sun& Public Holiday Closed
     

  5. What do I need to bring for collection?
    Once your order is ready for pickup, P Shop will send an email and an invoice to inform you the collection. Please print the invoice out or show it on your electronic gadgets to our staff when you collect your items.

Warranty
  1. Do your products come with warranty?
    Yes. All of our products excluding accessories come with 2-year international warranty. However, you need to present the original purchase receipt/invoice to claim the warranty.
Return & Refund
  1. What is P-Shop’s return policy?
    If any defect due to faulty materials and workmanship occurs on your product, you may return your product within 7 days from the date of delivery/collection. However, the return must be processed in person in specific Philips Authorized Consumer Care Centres, and you must present the original purchase receipt/invoice to us. Product must be returned in salable condition with the original packaging, including manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip.
     
  2. Do you offer product exchanges?
    If any defect due to faulty materials and workmanship occurs on your product, you may exchange your product within 7 days from the date of delivery/collection. However, the exchange must be processed in person in specific Philips Authorized Consumer Care Centres, and you must present the original purchase receipt/invoice to us. Product must be returned in salable condition with the original packaging, including manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip.
